SMSF administration – there are some vital administrative roles that need to be taken care of when it comes to SMSF compliance obligations and record keeping. They include;

  • Dealing with all paperwork for the fund including letters, bank statements, title documents, dividend statements, invoices, contract notes, etc
  • Prepare minutes of trustees meetings and of all investment decisions made
  • Prepare end of year financial statements and tax return
  • Arrange for procurement of audit and actuarial services to enable completion and lodgement of the DIY fund tax return
  • Handle all correspondence with the ATO during the year
  • Hold custody of fund trust deed, statutory records, ownership title documents, etc
